Undertake a new member skills survey
Having created an Action Team with a Collaborative Leader it might be worthwhile undertaking a skills and capability analysis of the new Action Team members to identify the strengths of the Team and to identify any training needs.
Use the Toolbox below to complete Action Team Member profiles for all team members including the leader. Review these to identify strengths and weaknesses in the team in terms of preferred roles, different styles and range of specific expertise. If needed, find more team members to fill gaps or undertake training.
